Plentiful Catering & Events is fortunate to have Lisa O’Connor as our head chef. Chef O’Connor has over twenty years of extensive food service experience, and is extremely passionate about all things culinary. Her background includes travel throughout various diverse cultures that has fueled a unique approach to cooking and serving. Her past experience also entails various positions in menu development and execution. Her skillful experience in this area of the field makes her well equipped to bring dishes to life in an effortless manner. With Plentiful Catering she is able to work with a dynamic cooking team to create an exquisite food experience for all guests, at any type of event.
Chef O’Connor and her the talented staff members work to make flexible menus, that are allergen conscious, and safe practices are of the upmost importance. Chef and her staff pay extra attention to detail, so that both the presentation and taste of each dish will surpass expectations.
